PasteDo

Free for what a clipboard manager should do. Paid for the rest.

No subscription and no artificial ceilings. The free tier is not a crippled Pro: it is the whole clipboard manager, for as long as you want it. Pro is one payment, once, for the features that write text for you or act on their own.

Windows 10 and 11. The app needs no account, no sign-up, nothing to configure.

Windows will show a warning — here's why

The beta installer isn't code-signed yet. Signing costs a few hundred dollars a year, and I'd rather find out first whether anyone wants PasteDo. Until then, Windows will show "Windows protected your PC": that screen means Windows doesn't recognize the publisher, not that it found anything. Click "More info", then "Run anyway".

If you'd rather check before installing: PasteDo makes no network connections at all unless you add your own OpenAI key — any firewall will confirm it.

Items marked planned are not built yet. They are listed because a lifetime license includes them as they land, not because they are ready today. Pro itself goes on sale with the v1 launch — there is nothing to buy here today, and the early-bird discount goes to the addresses on the list above, the day it ships.

What happens when the beta ends

While the beta is running, the Pro features are unlocked for everyone who installs PasteDo. Snippets with fill-in fields and the AI actions work with no license and no payment, because they need real use before release.

That stops at the v1 launch. From then on those two need a purchased Pro license to keep working, and having used the beta does not grant one. We would rather you read that here than discover it the day it takes effect.

Everything in the Free column carries on exactly as before, with no license and no time limit. Your history and your saved snippets stay on your disk in both cases.

Questions worth answering before you pay

Is the free tier a trial?
No. It has no time limit, no entry cap, and no nag screen. It is the clipboard manager, complete, for anyone who works one item at a time.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. One payment, one license, and it does not expire. License checks are planned for the v1 launch and are not in the beta yet: the app will verify the license offline against a key built into the binary, so it will keep working with no network at all.
Do the AI features cost extra?
Not to us. You configure your own OpenAI key and pay OpenAI directly for what you use. PasteDo never bills for tokens and never routes your text through a server of ours.
What happens to my data if I never buy Pro?
Nothing at all. Your history and your saved snippets stay where they are, on your disk. A license controls whether the Pro features run, never whether you can reach your own data.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days, for any reason, without explaining yourself. Paddle issues it back to the card you paid with.

Anything else, write to [email protected]. Payments and invoicing are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
